So these are the goals that I posted for myself one week ago today:
Current weight: 131.4
Goal:
October 17: 130
October 24: 128
October 31: 126
November 7: 124
November 14: 122.5
November 21: 121
November 28: 119
December 5: 117
December 12: 115!!!!!!!!!!
I weighed myself today and I weigh 127.4! I have lost four lbs! That is actually awesome for me because my weight doesn't fluctuate much, so I have to work realllllly hard to lose any weight! So I am now resetting my goals. I still want to get to 115 (my GW1) but I may be able to get there before December 12...so here are my new goals:
October 24: 125.83
October 31: 124.02
November 7: 122.23
November 14: 120.47
November 21: 118.72
November 28: 117
December 5: 115.29!!!!!
So I will hopefully be able to reach this goal a week sooner. This is based on a 1000 calorie per day diet and working out a couple of time a week! Wish me luck everyone!!!!
